OM Media Group began in 2008 as a small team of mom bloggers, writing about the positive role technology can play in family life. As our community grew, we quickly realized the potential for connecting brands with moms, dads, millennials and other individuals who were hungry for knowledge and personal recommendations from like-minded consumers.
Today, OM Media Group is a robust network of over 600 active influencers from all walks of life, reaching every segment of the marketplace through a wide variety of blogs and social media platforms.

Monica VilaFounder & Managing DirectorAn influencer and blogger herself, Monica’s experience connecting brands with powerful consumer experiences spans two decades. Originally from Mexico, her expertise focuses on general market consumers as well as the fast-growing and hugely influential US Hispanic community. Monica is a budding amateur chef, barrel racer, a lover of languages — currently clocking in at five — and a mom to both a teenage daughter and a lovable Wheaton Terrier named Brodie.
Paul O’ReillyFounder & Strategic DirectorBefore starting OM Media Group, Paul founded and sold two start-ups in the trade show/exhibition space. Our resident numbers man, Paul has a BA in Economics from University of Portsmouth in England and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. In his personal time, he golfs, cheers for AFC Bournemouth in the English Premier League and is a self-styled craft beer connoisseur.
Beth TourekDirector of Content StrategyBeth is a writer, traveler, and mac and cheese connoisseur living in Denver. As the former Social Media Manager for Verizon, she has more than ten years of experience designing marketing content strategies from the ground up.
Iskra DobrevaDirector of PartnershipsIskra has over 15 years of marketing experience with two Fortune 100 brands, a global advertising agency and a start-up. In her prior role at Verizon, she was focused on growing the brand through social and digital strategies. She enjoys traveling, cooking and the occasional live concert. Iskra has an MBA in International Marketing from DePaul University and a BA from the American University in Bulgaria.
Carlos CanoProject ManagerCarlos’s career in social media marketing, consultative sales, public/media relations, corporate communications, operations/logistics and business development spans three decades, three languages and five countries. He is a former entrepreneur and has worked in Fortune 500 companies creating new export opportunities for companies of all sizes across various industries. He loves motorcycles, classic cars and airplanes.
Marty McPaddenDirector of Digital MediaFormerly with the leading global sports media company ESPN, Marty has two decades of experience in television production and operations. Marty is our digital, video and audio content producer and strategist. Along with being the founder and CEO of his own production company, Marty produces the Video RECAP series for OM Media Group.
Misty McPaddenProject ManagerMisty has over eight years experience in digital and television production and more than fifteen in project management. She is a content strategist, illustrator and writer. Misty helps manage OM Media Group’s influencer outreach and helps produce the Video RECAP series. She also co-owns a production and project management company with her husband, Marty.
Lin CortoDirector of OutreachFondly referred to as “The General,” Lin is our team wrangler and go-to person for building custom influencer networks for new projects. With more than two decades of operations management experience, Lin is a pro at creating effortless outreach programs designed to secure top influencer talent. She’s also a Google master, 5K freak and Twitter powerhouse.
