OM Media Group began in 2008 as a small team of mom bloggers, writing about the positive role technology can play in family life. As our community grew, we quickly realized the potential for connecting brands with all consumers who are hungry for knowledge and personal recommendations from like-minded voices.

Today, OM Media Group is a robust network of over 5,000 active influencers, streamers, creators, gamers, bloggers and storytellers from all walks of life, reaching every segment of the US consumer market across multiple social platforms.

Meet Our Team


Founder & Managing Director

An influencer and blogger herself, Monica’s experience connecting brands with powerful consumer experiences spans two decades. Originally from Mexico, her expertise focuses on general market consumers as well as the fast-growing and hugely influential US Hispanic community. Monica is a budding amateur chef, barrel racer, a lover of languages — currently clocking in at five — and a mom to both a teenage daughter and a lovable Wheaton Terrier named Brodie.


Founder & Strategic Director

Before starting OM Media Group, Paul was CFO of AVIS in Europe, then founded and sold two start-ups in the media space. Our resident numbers man, Paul has a BA in Economics from University of Portsmouth in England and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. In his personal time, he golfs, cheers for AFC Bournemouth in the English Football League and is a self-styled craft beer connoisseur.


Team Director

Fondly referred to as “The General,” Lin is our team wrangler and go-to person for building custom influencer networks for new projects. With more than two decades of operations management experience, Lin is a pro at creating effortless outreach programs designed to secure top influencer talent. She is also a Google master, 5G freak and Twitter powerhouse.


Account Manager

Mayra is a marketing and communications professional with a degree in Journalism and post-graduate studies in Social Media Management. She has a large body of work that includes building and optimizing marketing channels for consumer businesses in LATAM and the US. Mayra led the relaunch of Miami Fashion Week, deploying creative influencer marketing strategies and turning it into the second most relevant fashion show in the US. She’s a mom to a fluffy Schnauzer and an adventurous little girl named Mia.


Account Manager

Byrdie is an Integrated Marketing and Communications pro with 15 years of experience. Her specialty is helping clients with branding and creative strategies that help advance business objectives. For OM Media Group she specializes in the LATINX market and has developed unique social programs such as contests and sweepstakes that drive buzz and engagement. She's also the proud mom of a brand new baby!


Operations Manager

Carlos has over 14 years in live experiences operations and logistics management. He works with clients across multiple sectors to leverage vendor relationships and ensure the quality of the consumer experience is top of mind for everyone involved. He’s a car and motorcycle fanatic and lives in Southern California, where his passion for riding can go unfettered.


Creative Director

Brian has over 15 years of experience in digital campaigns for consumer lifestyle brands like Adidas, Nike and others. He has produced large music festivals and is currently one of the leading Instagram creatives in the US. As our creative director, Brian oversees all aspects of new and visual campaigns, with a special emphasis on product launches and re-launches. Brian is also dad to a furry pitbull, Pippa, who has her own Instagram account.


Account Manager

Misty manages key accounts for OM Media Group, including all our live event experiences. She has extensive experience in project management of large and complex digital and social campaigns and is our resident story board and platform algorithm expert. In her spare time she is also an accomplished illustrator and cartoon artist.


Director of Digital Media

Formerly with leading global sports media company ESPN, Marty has two decades of experience in television production and operations. Marty is our digital, video and audio content producer and strategist. Along with being the founder and CEO of his own production company, Marty produces the Video RECAP series for OM Media Group.


Creative Manager

A recent graduate from Columbia University’s Film and Media Studies Program, Fernanda oversees the creation of photo, video and design content supporting influencer campaigns. She specializes in highly consumable and often viral short documentary videos. She’s an avid sports fanatic and craft beer geek.
